Briefing of role:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to

You will be responsible for customer satisfaction, deployment, adoption, and support of Exchange Server initiatives. Assist customers in building, deploying, operating, and optimizing complex enterprise environments. This job has proven to be a career accelerator for hundreds of engineers over the years. · Analyzing the technology environment.
· Analyzing enterprise specifics.
· Analyzing and documenting requirements.
· Setting the collaboration framework.
· Creating a solution prototype.
· Participating in technology selection.
· Controlling solution development.
· Working with customers during their preferred downtime for critical deployment/support.
Roles and Responsibilities :
Must have skills:
· Experience with Exchange Server: You should have a strong understanding of Microsoft Exchange Server, including installation, configuration, and administration of different versions such as Exchange Server 2010, 2013, 2016, or 2019.
· High Availability and Disaster Recovery: Experience with implementing and managing high availability and disaster recovery solutions for Exchange Server, such as Database Availability Groups (DAGs), backup and recovery strategies, and mailbox replication.
· Security and Compliance: Understanding Exchange Server security best practices, such as configuring secure connections (SSL/TLS), implementing antivirus/antispam solutions, and compliance requirements like message archiving and data loss prevention.
· Managing Email security appliances like Cisco Iron Port, Mimecast, Proofpoint
· Transport services POP3 IMAP and Backup Management
· Required knowledge in Microsoft Exchange EGDE server and Email routing Required knowledge in Recipient management shared mailboxes resource mailboxes and distribution lists.
· Active Directory and Networking: Proficiency in Active Directory and networking concepts is essential since Exchange Server relies heavily on these technologies for user authentication, domain connectivity, and routing.
· Migration and Upgrades: Experience with Exchange Server migration projects, including planning and executing migrations from older versions to newer versions or to Exchange Online (Office 365).
· Exposure on setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of complex Windows environments (e.g., clustering, high availability, load balancing, etc.).
· Knowledge of Exchange Hardening & maintenance.
· Knowledge of backup Application like Microsoft DPM.
Good to have skills:
· Managing configuring and ensuring availability of messaging services Office365 Administration using Admin console
· Good PowerShell and Scripting knowledge
· Good To Have Skills on ADFS and Azure AD Connect
· PowerShell Scripting: Proficiency in PowerShell scripting is highly desirable, as it allows automation of administrative tasks, monitoring, and reporting in Exchange Server environments.
